As part of the rejuvenation of Coney Street, York Forward Contracting have created a new substantially larger retail space for Space NK within Davygate, and we’re pleased to confirm this store is now open.
Delivered within a eight week onsite construction program, Forward Contracting have completed the new store fit-out project at this key destination.
In order to maintain clear sightlines through the store, two levels have been unified with an interconnecting stairway and DDA (disability compliant regs) lift. The 2500 sq ft interior fit-out comprised new HVAC and electrical installations, completing all structural modifications and ceiling works, new hardwood floors and specialist finishes in conjunction with the installation of new furniture and store fixtures. This store features an elegant traditional timber shopfront with ramped entrance to facilitate convenient access to all store users.
