The latest regional flagship for Space NK opened recently in Bath SouthGate, relocating from New Bond Street to a new store at 13 Southgate Place BA1 1AP, at over three times the size! Forward Contracting completed this 12 week on-site project connecting ground and first floors with an elegant staircase clad in hallmark bronzed metallic finishes and an entrance lobby that showcases the brands and Play Space that Space NK are now well known for.
Forward Contracting sequenced the structural works for the new shopfront, DDA Lift and staircase as well as stripping out the existing unit to ensure that the new store fit-out works could be completed with a much reduced construction program.
